MFS Survey 1.0 script details MFS Survey uses four distinct data types to store survey details.
The first is the survey itself, the second is the page on which the survey can be accessed, the third is the question and its possible answers and the forth is the survey result.
In the backend, admins can create surveys and show them on desired pages, adding a question per-page.
To connect multi-question surveys, just configure questions to redirect the user to another page, where a second question may be waiting for them.
Once a survey completed, all data is gathered in the WP database and can be accessed by the survey maker for analysis.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
